We created this website to share our exhibitions, performances, classes, artist residencies, community programs, and opportunities to support the arts in Key West. These Terms of Use explain the guidelines for using our website and help protect the rights of our artists, visitors, members, supporters, and organization.

Use of Our Website
You’re welcome to browse our website, learn about our programs, purchase tickets, register for classes, become a member, make a donation, apply for opportunities, and explore the work of artists connected with The Studios of Key West.

Purchases, Donations & Registrations
Our website allows visitors to purchase tickets, register for classes and workshops, make donations, purchase memberships, register for youth programs, and purchase merchandise.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, including Neon Pay and Square.
By completing a purchase or registration, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Different programs may have different refund policies.
In general:
Event Tickets
Tickets for performances, concerts, lectures, parties, and similar events are non-refundable. When available, tickets for multi-date events may be exchanged for another performance of the same event if seats are available.
Classes & Workshops
Workshop registrations may be refunded up to 30 days before the start date. Requests received at least seven (7) days before the start date may be eligible for a credit toward future programs. Credits must be used within one year of issuance.
No refunds or credits are available within seven (7) days of the start of a workshop unless the program is cancelled by The Studios of Key West.
Program Cancellation
If The Studios of Key West cancels a program, event, workshop, or class—including cancellations or rescheduling due to weather or other circumstances—participants will receive a full refund or, where appropriate, may choose another available option.
Additional program-specific policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of registration.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, the content of this website—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, publications, designs, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to The Studios of Key West and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, or print information from this website for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
