Thank you for supporting The Studios of Key West’s 2027 Catalog.

Business Campaign display ads appear in the 20th anniversary season catalog, released in late November, and covers exhibits, performances, and other programs through July 2027. The catalog is printed in full color, 8 x 10”. Distribution of 6,500 copies includes direct mailing to Patrons, Business Campaign participants and members, in addition to placement in vacation rentals, grocery stores and sponsor storefronts throughout Key West and strategic cultural points in the Florida Keys and South Florida.

To be included in our 2026–27 season catalog, please email your ad artwork to Michelle Boscamp, Associate Director of Marketing and Advancement, at michelle@tskw.org by Friday, September 11, 2026.

The earlier you send your file, the better—it gives us more flexibility during layout.

Ad Sizes

  • Full page – 6.75″ W x 8.5″ H
  • Inside Back Cover (Full Bleed) – 6.75″ W × 8.5″ H, plus 0.125″ bleed on all sides
  • Half page Vertical – 3.25″ W x 8.5″ H OR Horizontal – 6.75″ W x 4.125″ H
  • Quarter page – 3.25″ W x 4.125″ H

 

File Requirements

  • Please send your ad as one of the following file types: PDF, TIF, JPG or EPS.
  • Minimum image resolution is 300 dpi.
  • All images should be CMYK and saved at maximum quality.
  • Fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines.
  • Adobe InDesign or Photoshop files will be accepted if all fonts and images are included.
