About the instructor:
Gretchen Somerfeld attended Cornell University as an English Literature major and graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Film and Television. She received Alfred P. Sloan Foundation Grants for her screenplay FACE VALUE on actress/inventor Hedy Lamarr, and the script was one of twelve chosen for The Writers Lab, supported by Meryl Streep & Nicole Kidman.
