About the Exhibition

Trained as a city planner, Mannix-Lachner has developed a body of work that treats Key West’s built environment as a record of social and cultural history. The collection explores the throughlines that connect past and present. Through expressive, heat-soaked color, it considers what has been preserved, transformed, or forgotten as the island evolves.
